It is a dedicated service where you meet privately with a pharmacist to conduct a comprehensive review of all your medications. The goal is to ensure your medications are safe, effective, and affordable, while creating a personalized plan to help you manage your health.

Anyone who takes multiple medications, has chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure, has questions about side effects, or is concerned about medication costs can greatly benefit from a consultation.

Many insurance plans, especially Medicare Part D, cover MTM services for eligible members. We accept all insurance plans and can help you determine if you are eligible for this service at no cost to you.

Our private MTM consultations are held at either of our convenient Monroe locations: 1704 S. Custer Rd, Monroe, MI 48161 or 1036 N. Monroe St., Monroe, MI 48162.
